Isn’t the Light OK?

While check­ing my stats today I noticed some­one got here by search­ing the phrase “CCM blog.” Curi­ous to see exactly where I was in the search for this par­tic­u­lar term, I came across the fol­low­ing bril­liant site giv­ing CCM the crit­i­cal treat­ment it deserves. And it’s pretty funny, to boot. Fun­nier still if you really know the genre.

The author has appar­ently been doing this since last June, and already has won the hearts of many fans of Chris­t­ian music.

Par­tic­u­larly bril­liant is their the­ory that all CCM is gen­er­ated by machine. I’m envi­sion ing a Fritz Lang–styled robot fill­ing in Mad Libs with the appro­pri­ate faith-based cliche.
