Isn’t the Light OK?

Indie HQ high­lights the inde­pen­dent music sales charts each week. I haven’t been pay­ing much atten­tion to it, but a strange thing caught my eye when scan­ning their feed — Aaron Shust chart­ing at #9. I know these are just indie charts, but is a guy singing “My sav­ior lives, my sav­ior loves me” that much of a draw that he’s sound­scan­ning around 5k weekly?

It’s also rather odd to see Super­chick chart­ing ahead of Bright Eyes, Ray Charles, and Johnny Cash.
